Called is worked out automatically from Busy, Follow up, Call back, 2nd meeting booked and Not interested; No answer is tracked separately. Busy means someone picked up but the owner wasn't there and gave no time to call back — it counts as an answered call, but not as a conversation. Use the pencil on any tile to set an exact number. Export/Import CSV still works as a backup.
